I did.
Everyone should have access to everything they need to relieve suffering and become the person they aspire to be.
GenAI tools can be immensely useful to help people navigate their self-development. However, issues like trauma, suicidal ideation or losing the grip on reality … these require professional human intervention, support groups, validation, warmth, or medication.
It would be reckless to say “just use a therapy bot and you’ll be fine.” Every person and every situation is different. But stigma & shame are holding back many who’d profit from therapy. A gentle chatbot, built to your needs by yourself, could be a stepping stone to seeking human help.
